Room 5: The Ballroom

     The magnificent ballroom has been converted to the largest bedroom in the mansion and the adjacent cloakroom has been converted to an en-suite bathroom. The ballroom, as traditional in Butte mansions, is at the head of the grand staircase on the top floor.  Two closets, originally for storing musical apparatus are available for storage. Furnishings of this open-concept bedroom include an antique bedroom set that of a double bed, a bedside table, a dresser, and an armoire. You can relax on a couch (hide-a-bed) with your feet up on the coffee table to watch cable TV on a high definition, 42 inch, flat screen or read a good book.  A large leather-topped desk and desk chair provides a working space, should you desire. At a table and chairs, you can dine in your room, while gazing at a penthouse view of Butte and the East Ridge.  The cozy subway-tiled on suite bathroom includes in-floor radiant heating, shower, pedestal sink, toiletry table, and toilet.
